Long before the rise of diversity and inclusion titles, I designed, executed, and delivered innovative diverse marketing campaigns, that repositioned companies as niche brands and service leaders.
Build it.
It all began with an idea…to eliminate health disparities. Thus, I have published a curriculum to address implicit errors. At approximately $93 billion in excess medical care costs and $42 billion in lost productivity per year as well as economic losses due to premature deaths, healthcare organizations can no longer wait to address health disparities.
Grow it.
High performing organizations are those that are diverse. I have developed and established processes to track diverse applicant’s movement through the hiring process, ensuring gender, race and pay equities; and, facilitated trainings to 8,000+ clinical and non-clinical employees to understand unconscious biases in order to build effective teams; being named the Chair of Diversity and Inclusion Representation Committee.
